My school is located in Danville, VA. These students are from a high-poverty area. Roughly 90% of my students have free or reduced lunch. Parental involvement ranges from nonexistant to hyper-involved. Most parents sign paper we send home and show up for conferences.The majority of the fourth grade is compromised of boys. 69% of the fourth graders passed the Reading SOL test last year and 95% passed the Math SOL test.
